We’ll have the highlights from Tom Brady and Randy Moss up shortly. In the meantime, here are a few postgame quotes from the New England locker room.

Gary Guyton
They had some great effort out there today. That was a good team.

On the play at the start of the second half…
That was a big play on their part. They made a good play. That’s the game of football — good plays are going to happen. We just have to take it and go on to the next play. That was a good play by them.

Did they anything differently in the second half?
They moved the ball well. They moved the ball pretty well today. It was just some good plays some good plays, some good throws. That was a good team out there today.

On play on your side of the ball…
I felt comfortable. We worked pretty well today. We just have to come in and keep on working at what we’re doing.

On Sanchez…
He’s a good quarterback. He’s going to get better from here on out. He’s a good quarterback. He played well today.

On what didn’t go well today…
We all have things that we have to work on. There was a big play that was made. … We still have some things to work on.

Adalius Thomas
A lot of trash-talking on the field today?

No. Not really. That’s hype for you guys. You guys buy into that. We don’t buy into that, so … they made the plays today. It had nothing to do with talk or anything like that. They made the plays.

Did you notice anything extra-special about the crowd today?
I mean the Jets … it’s always like that when we come here. The guy on his shoulders doing his J-E-T-S. I don’t know who the guy is, but they’ve got to let him in free. They shouldn’t charge the guy — I mean, he’s like the captain of the whole stadium. The stadium looks at him — he tells them to be quiet, they be quiet. He always has those guys amped up whenever we play them.

How much of it was lack of execution on your part and how much was execution on their part on that first drive of the second half?
I think it was both. It just really depends on the call and what it was, so … you go back and look at the film, I don’t know exactly what happened. On some of the plays, I wasn’t involved. You just go back, look at the film, make corrections and move forward.

You talk to Rex at all after the game?
Yes. I told him congratulations. He said stay healthy, and that’s about it.

On Sanchez…
He looked good. Like I said, he managed the game well and they won. He’s 2-0.

Chris Baker
How much of it was lack of execution on your part and how much was execution on their part?

The whole game was lack of execution. The first half, we had — I think — three trips in the red zone. We were in the red zone three times, and we came away with three field goals. And that’s … that’s not going to win in this league. I think it was pretty much the whole game that was a lack of execution on our part. We didn’t make the plays. We have to obviously correct that problem. We’ve had that problem two weeks in a row. We have to really focus in on it and get that problem solved.
