Pats walking wounded giving it a go

INDIANAPOLIS — There are several members of the Patriots “walking wounded” who are currently on the field looking like they are giving their injured body parts a test in hopes of playing in tonight’s game.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman, defensive lineman Ron Brace and offensive lineman Dan Koppen have all come out onto the field here at Lucas Oil Stadium testing themselves out in hopes of giving it a go. Edelman has been catching passes from backup quarterback Brian Hoyer, while Koppen has been working in a blocking stance. In addition, Brace is doing what appear to be 40-50 yard sprints up and down the field, while Dan Connolly — who stepped in for an injured Koppen last week — is on the field working with Hoyer on center/quarterback exchanges.
