James Carpenter to Seahawks

The Seahawks opted for an offensive lineman with the 25th overall pick, opting for Alabama’s James Carpenter.

This marks the second consecutive year in which the Seahawks have added to their offensive line in the first round. Given that four quarterbacks went in the first 12 picks, the options were slim for signal-callers at 25, and they must not have deemed Andy Dalton as worthy.
