The McCourty Twins hang with the ‘First Take’ crew 05.12.11 at 2:03 pm ET

Earlier this offseason, it was Patriots running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis who sat down to talk football on ESPN’s “First Take.” On Thursday morning, it was the McCourty twins, New England’s Devin and Tennessee’s Jason. The two defensive backs talked about their journey to the NFL, as well as several other topics. Check out the video:

  • Go B’s

Great all around win. Rest for this weeks tough schedule.

Great Saturday Matinee and showing by the B’s this afternoon against Philly.  Nice PP and good to see Caron in there with a game early assist.  Go TB Lighting tonight against the Habs.

Also awesome to see Tuukka get a SO.

It was a fairly easy game for them….and despite that, they displayed why they’re a true power…I expected a win…a solid defensive showing….and, dare I say, a power play goal.

Solid all around win at home, as it should be.  Although, the Flyers played most of the game with what appeared to be a large, collective hangover.  Lethargic showing at best.  Keep it rollin B’s.

A very good win and the defense looked a lot better. A couple of concerns about the offense still bother me. They score 3 in the first and seem to lay back the rest of the game. I know they had a few good chances but they need to bury these teams and not let them hang around for the rest of the game like they did in Washington. Philly also caused the Bruins some turnovers in their own end and bottled them up by taking away the high board pass they always use to break out of their own zone. Montreal and a couple of other clubs have been taking away that pass lately as well. I would love Chiarelli to add another puck moving defenseman that can play the power play and a scorer to play on that third line.
