No practice for Patriots on Monday 07.31.11 at 8:04 pm ET

The Patriots announced Sunday night that they will not have a practice on Monday. The next practice session will be on Tuesday. (For more schedule updates, call their training camp hotline at 508-549-0001.) While it’s still relatively early in camp for a day off, it’s important to remember that the rules in the new collective bargaining agreement require teams to give players a day off the first week of camp.

    Here it is my birthday and my sons where all set to take Dad to practice today and wham a day off..already? I wish you guys could have scheduled this a little sooner then Sunday night. People travel and commit to a day off sooner then 15 hours prior.

    A disappointed Patriots fan.
