Free agent cornerback Cortland Finnegan has signed a deal with St. Louis, reuniting him with former Tennessee coach Jeff Fisher. Finnegan reportedly signed a five-year, $50 million deal with the Rams.

The 28-year-old, a 5-foot-10, 188-pounder, was considered one of the elite defensive backs in free agency.
