The o played almost as bad as the d we still have a long way to go!

This is all on BB and Matt Patricia. The defense was a complete disorganized and undisciplined mess today, as it has been for most of the year.

From acquiring poor personnel, to playing soft zones, to failing to develop what they have, the defense has been a first class epic fail for the last three years.

They’ve tried McCourty at defensive back, then safety…..how about bench warmer. Can’t be any worse. How can a professional football team with a coach known as a defensive guru be this utterly clueless in the defensive backfield?

 If your O scores 37 at home and the victory is still in doubt, you’ve got some serious problems on the defensive side of the ball.

In the NFL…a win is a win! Chill…

This so called defense is a result of a philosophy of , don’t worry Bill can coach up whatever is drafted or they are lucky enough to accquire. Please!!!! Jesus coudn’t coach these guys up.

I like the front four and love the LBs. Spikes is a freaking beast!  The DBs and safeties are absolutely terrible.

well said ,totally agree!!!  the defensive coaches core should be canned.. for three years this has been worse no improvement at all. We can’t be lead to believe that all these players are that horrible !!!  Come on BB do what is best for the team not your pride… it’s ok everyone makes mistakes, now fix them…. 

Shame on BB for not developing the defense for the last 7 years! Defensive genius? I think not!

So long as the Patriots win, it won’t matter.  As soon ast they lose, everyone will tear it up.  If the defense decides to play like they should in the playoffs, then we have a chance to win a superbowl if they don’t we might as well celebrate the division championship.  It’s weird being spoiled.   And by the way; thank you refs.

A shutdown defense hasn’t won the SB since 2001…
